Volunteer Opportunities with CPATH Texas

Volunteering with us offers a rewarding way to make new friends, deepen your understanding of cerebral palsy, and give back to the community. Volunteers are a vital part of our mission, helping us support programs and services that benefit individuals and families affected by cerebral palsy. Whether you have professional skills or want to lend a helping hand, we have a place for you. Explore the opportunities below and contact Marielle at marielle@cpathtexas.org to discuss ways to get involved.

Note: Volunteers working directly with children are required to undergo background and sex offender checks.

Special Event Community Volunteers

Help support our outreach efforts at community events. Volunteer opportunities include staffing booths, coordinating activities, and engaging with the public. Examples are staffing at our Community Party, Give-Back events, and health and wellness fairs.

Respite & CPals Social Group Volunteers

Volunteers with experience in physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), or nursing (RN) are needed to lead interactive and fun activities for children with high physical needs. Don’t have a professional background? No problem! Make an impact (and a friend) and volunteer as a Buddy for our CPals socials and events.

Adult Educational Speakers

Are you knowledgeable about cerebral palsy, special needs, health, wellness, finance, or other areas of interest for adults and parents of children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities? We are always looking for guest speakers to lead workshops and presentations. Share your expertise with us by contacting Marielle at marielle@cpathtexas.org.

Partner Organizations

We value partnerships with other nonprofits and businesses that share our passion for community and fun. If you’re interested in collaborating on social programs, workshops, or events, we’d love to hear from you. Examples include: Round Rock AIR (Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation), Rosedale School – Playground of Possibilities, and Little Teseros Therapy Gym for CPals Littles play dates as examples.
