CPals provides children with the opportunity to meet up and play with friends who also have cerebral palsy. CPals is our child-centered social arena! We have play dates and gatherings at various local businesses throughout the central Texas region. Our kids enjoy bowling, adaptive karate, an adaptive theme park, splash pads, and much more. The best place to stay up to date on our social outings is through our Facebook page and the also calendar of the right side of this website.
We are always seeking additional fun social opportunities! If you know of any places that offer adaptive activities, or willing to host group events, please contact Marielle Deckard at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CPals play dates give our children the opportunity to establish friendships and meet the need for socialization that can otherwise be challenging to find for our kids. It’s something so simple for the typical kid. Thank you CPals, from the bottom of our hearts!
CPATH also opened up so many opportunities for Olivia to make new friends and have new experiences through so many CPals events planned throughout the year. Bowling at Dart Bowl, arcade mornings at Pinballz, (which we need to do again soon!) trips to Morgan’s Wonderland, Karate at One World Karate, and probably the most amazing thing, weekends at Camp For All an inclusion summer camp in Burton, TX, where Olivia and all the amazing CPals get to experience all the fun of summer camp.-Natalie
