Power Wheelchair Soccer Team
Empowering Athletes with Disabilities
The Green Machines Power Soccer Team is one of CPATH’s impactful initiatives, as it provides individuals with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities the chance to play in an adaptive competitive team sport. Power soccer is the first competitive team sport developed specifically for power wheelchair users.
Power chairs, or “Strike Force” chairs, are equipped with foot guards, allowing athletes to dribble and kick an oversized soccer ball. This inclusive, high-energy sport provides an opportunity for individuals with physical limitations to participate in a competitive, team-based activity.
We LOVE having NEW players join this incredible team!
Players must be at least 5 years old, able to follow instructions safely, and independently operate their power wheelchair.
