Victoria brings a lifelong passion for philanthropy and nonprofit service to CPATH Texas. She has worked with numerous charitable organizations, including children’s advocacy centers, and gained valuable operational experience as a foundation director supporting high-risk individuals. A native Texan, Victoria graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Applied Learning and Development and began her career teaching young students the values of inclusion and community.
Victoria’s personal journey began when her son Ben was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, motivating her to support other families with information, resources, and a strong support network. As CPATH Texas's President, she plays a key role in strengthening programming and ensuring the sustainability of core initiatives through fundraising efforts and community partnerships.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff and their sons Ben and Josh, exploring Austin, and hunting for great travel deals.

Marielle’s family immigrated to the United States from Lima, Peru when she was five years old, inspired by her mother’s courageous decision to seek a better life for her children. That example of resilience continues to shape Marielle’s outlook and guides her through the challenges of her family’s cerebral palsy journey. As Marielle shares, this experience has taught her to embody the same strength and determination as her mother.
Marielle holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and brings more than 20 years of experience supporting corporate executives. She applies her professional skills at CPATH Texas to help ensure the organization operates smoothly and efficiently while advancing its mission of support and inclusion.
As a wife and mother of three boys, Marielle is deeply involved in her children’s school activities, sports, and advocacy for her son. In her free time, she is an active member of the Austin Sure Shots, where she has developed focus, confidence, and discipline that carry over into every aspect of her busy life.

Jamie graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Engineering and earned her MBA from Northern Kentucky University. Her career path shifted profoundly after her twin sons, Alex and Lucas, were born with cerebral palsy. When faced with many unanswered questions, Jamie became determined to find support and opportunities for her own children while helping other families navigate similar challenges.
A two-time Ironman finisher and six-time marathoner, Jamie draws inspiration from her sons’ perseverance each time she races. Their determination to take their first independent steps at age five continues to remind her that every step forward is a victory.
Jamie is deeply passionate about CPATH Texas and the strong community and opportunities it provides to empower individuals and families to thrive. She and her husband Pete, have three sons and share a love of sports, often attending both college and professional sporting events together.
Holly Keeley, M.D., graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology before earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. She further specialized in pediatric care through child neurology residency programs at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Dr. Keeley is an active member of the Child Neurology Society, American Academy of Pediatrics, and American Academy of Neurology. Her special interests include Cerebral Palsy, Neonatal Neurology, and General Child Neurology. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Keeley enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, playing pickleball, and exploring Austin’s best taco spots. She is also a certified Level 2 sommelier.
Cheryl has been actively involved with CPATH Texas for several years, particularly through the Light The Path planning committee. She is excited to serve as the Board of Directors' Secretary. She holds a degree in Political Science and History from Texas State University, and brings more than 15 years of experience as a technical writer and communications professional in the software industry.
Cheryl is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission as it continues to grow and provide meaningful programs and resources for the cerebral palsy community.
Outside of her work with CPATH Texas, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and cheering on the Texas State Bobcats. She and her husband, Taylor, reside in Round Rock.
Chrissie has known Victoria’s son, Ben, since he was born and was eager to support the organization’s growth efforts as a way to give back to the Austin community. She recently retired from an accomplished career at Apple Inc., where she embraced opportunities for volunteer service and charitable giving through company-sponsored programs.
Chrissie’s past volunteer efforts include trail cleanups along Loop 360 and assisting with registration for the Austin Pride Walk. She is passionate about supporting causes that strengthen and uplift the local community.
Outside of her work with the organization, Chrissie’s greatest joy is music. She attends several live concerts and festivals each month and finds inspiration in the craftsmanship and creativity of all genres.
Shelly joined the CPATH Texas board in the Winter of 2022. As an autism parent and trained advocate, she is committed to supporting an inclusive community. Shelly has volunteered with AISD schools and various Austin nonprofits for many years, helping raise over $14 million for local organizations. She has extensive experience advocating on local, state, and national levels. In addition to her advocacy work, Shelly is an experienced real estate agent with 20 years in Central Texas. A proud supporter of the Texas Longhorns, you can often find Shelly wearing burnt orange and cheering for UT Football and Baseball. Hook ‘Em!
Brittany, a Certified Public Accountant, brings over sixteen years of experience in accounting and finance. She is currently the Vice President and Corporate Controller for a veterinary management company that supports veterinarians nationwide. A native Austinite, Brittany holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from St. Edward’s University and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Brittany’s son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age 2, and she was introduced to the CPATH Texas community through his therapy team. The support from CPATH Texas—whether through much-needed equipment, adaptive events like soccer or ice skating, or connections with families on a similar journey—has been life-changing. Brittany is thrilled and honored to serve on the board, supporting other families within the CP community. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and spending time in nature.
Natalie became involved with CPATH Texas shortly after her daughter was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, seeking ways to give back and support the CP community. Introduced to the organization, she and her husband quickly found a welcoming and supportive home. A Houston native, Natalie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Relations and has worked across the nonprofit, real estate, and software industries.
For more than a decade, Natalie has played an integral role in the organization’s growth through event participation and active fundraising efforts. She is passionate about giving back to her community and helping other families navigate the challenges of cerebral palsy. As Natalie shares, “If it weren’t for this organization, I’d feel so alone on this journey. I hope to provide the same support to other families that CPATH Texas has given to mine.”
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Austin, and traveling with her family.
Justin serves as Chief Development Officer at Texas Methodist Foundation. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Southwestern University and earned his MBA from Willamette University in 2004. With over 25 years of experience, Justin has cultivated philanthropic cultures, strategies, and practices for organizations, focusing on higher education, faith-based institutions, and community foundations. He is skilled in leading teams in donor management and client relations, strategic planning, marketing, communications, and developing giving strategies. Justin and his wife, Stacey, live in Austin, Texas, with their two children, Carson and Parker.
Doug came to CPATH Texas through his own journey with cerebral palsy, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face as they build successful, independent lives. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Doug moved to Austin in 2000 to attend law school at the University of Texas and has called it home ever since.
Doug’s legal career has focused on environmental regulation. He is deeply passionate about increasing awareness and understanding of cerebral palsy, and his work with CPATH Texas allows him to turn that passion into meaningful action.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys sporting clays, traveling with his wife Erika, and the company of their small, fluffy dogs.
Kelli brings over 24 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy, specializing in neurological conditions. Her passion for helping children and families drives her collaborative approach with medical teams to achieve the best outcomes. Kelli has been involved with CPATH Texas for more than a decade and is excited to help guide the organization’s continued growth.
From coordinating family assistance efforts to leading fundraising events, Kelli has played a key role in expanding CPATH Texas’s reach and impact. She is deeply committed to advancing inclusion and accessibility for individuals with cerebral palsy.
A proud Texas Longhorn, Kelli enjoys all kinds of sports. In her free time, she loves exploring new restaurants, Austin’s live music scene, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.

Nobel graduated from the University of Texas, earning a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film. He joins CPATH Texas following a successful career in Higher Education, where he started as a Financial Aid Representative, advanced to Director of Student Accounts, and ultimately served as Campus Vice President. Nobel’s connection to CPATH Texas began through his friendship with Co-Founder Marielle Deckard. He is proud to manage the Equipment Closet, helping families access essential medical equipment and supplies. Nobel believes, “Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.” In his free time, Nobel enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team, visiting comic book shops with his son, and traveling with his wife and children.
Dr. Jinfon Ong graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Biochemistry in 1998. He earned a master of science in human-computer interaction from DePaul University in Chicago before obtaining his medical degree from Rush University (also in Chicago). He completed his pediatric residency at the University of Texas Southwestern and fellowship training in child neurology at the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Hospital. Most recently, he served as the co-director of the Spasticity Clinic with Pediatric Surgical Subspecialists in Austin.
